We want every order to arrive as considered as the product itself. Here is how shipping, returns, and refunds work.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time: orders are prepared within 2-3 business days.

Delivery time: once shipped, packages typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

Shipping rate: flat rate of $12.

Free shipping: complimentary on all orders over $100.

Returns & Refunds

Because our shampoo and conditioner bars are personal-care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, even if unused, in order to maintain hygiene and quality standards for every customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Email support@dolgio.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will review your request individually.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us. We will work with our shipping carrier to locate your package or offer a resolution.
